Shipping

Most ready-to-ship purchases will ship 1-3 days after I receive your payment. In the US, most packages will ship USPS Priority Mail; expect in most cases to receive your package within 2-5 days. Occasionally items will ship USPS Parcel Post or UPS which may take up to a week to arrive. International and APO/FPO addresses and holiday shipping should expect longer shipping times, sometimes as much as 30 days. Tracking is included on most packages.

Items can be sent to a gift address, or multiple gift addresses- just send me the information at time of purchase. 

SHIPPING DELAYS – While most of my packages include insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation, USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed delivery method offered by USPS. Please visit USPS.com to understand guaranteed delivery options. We cannot accept responsibility for any transport delays outside our shop’s control. If we are introducing the delay, we will contact the buyer and workout arrangements to get back on track to a needed delivery date.

Please note that the USPS provides a great service at great prices but sometimes delays in shipping and even loss can occur. This does not happen often but it can. Once an item leaves the shop it is completely out of our hands. I hope that if this ever happens to you that you'd be understanding and contact me immediately so I can rectify the situation. My customer's happiness with my products and service is my number one priority. If you happen to experience this I will ALWAYS find a way to get you your product!
