I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Just contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Ship item back to me within 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase.
NOTE: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
I do accept exchanges and returns on regular purchases; however the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s). If it is an exchange, the buyer must also pay to re-ship the new item(s). I am not responsible for damage that occurs to item(s) packed by buyers.
Damaged items: I spend a lot of time packaging items to ensure they'll arrive in one piece. If for some reason you receive a damaged item in your box, please take a picture of packaging and of the broken piece and contact me. Also keep the piece including packaging so I can make a USPS insurance claim. I will replace the item free of charge including shipping costs.
